Our signup process

  1. Create your account. This will create your billing access and send you an email where you will continue the process to create the logins for the newsletter application. Once you have created this we off 100 free email credits and limited to 18 email addresses for testing. (The Trial Account will be removed after 90 Days).
  2. Test our system by creating lists, campaigns and viewing reports.
  3. If everything meets your requirements, then purchase credits here. Login to your Billing Area to complete the transaction.
  4. Before you can start sending emails, we will require you to fill out our data health form. We will send you an email concerning this. We require this form to ensure we do not have any issues before you start using the system.
  5. Once your order has gone through we will send you an email confirming this and assign the credits to your account.
  6. Before you send out your first campaign, we do a compliance check, this check happens between 09h00 and 16h00 from Monday to Friday. If you are trying to send a campaign on a weekend, your compliance will wait until Monday morning.

Credits are loaded onto your account during working hours Monday to Friday.
