Yes, you are able to personalize the links within your newsletter:

In the editor highlight the link you want to personalize
Click the “Name your links” button and add the name for the link.
Highlight the paragraph header you want to link to and click on the Hyperlink button.

When viewing Clicks in your statistics, these links will be displayed by name and not URL.
