How do I set up Gbulkmail to automatically send the correct version (HTML or text) to recipients?

The application will automatically send the correct version of the newsletter to the recipient, provided that you have created a Text version of your HTML newsletter.

To create a text version make sure you have ticked the option to create a text version with HTML version in the settings of your account. When you completed designing the HTML version in the Editor a second editor will appear where you will need to paste the text in as there is a paste clipboard to paste your text. Then you can click on save. The text version has now been created. Then when you are sending your newsletter if the recipient cannot view the HTML newsletter then the text version will be sent to them.
